WHAT IS ENERGY HEALING? 

  • I use a hands-on healing modality that clears and balances energy in the body to reduce stress and support natural healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. This complements my integrative soul healing sessions.

  • Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique.  It is a gentle, non-invasive and a complementary therapy 

  • The process calms the mind, promotes emotional release, and enhances awareness while supporting overall wellbeing and deep relaxation.

  • As stagnant energy linked to past negative thoughts, beliefs, and emotional experiences is cleared, space is created for fresh, vibrant life-force energy to flow, leaving you feeling more balanced, refreshed and aligned.

SESSIONS 

  • The first session is 90 min

  • We will chat briefly about your current circumstances.  This will allow us to identify the intention for the Reiki healing.

  • You will lie down and receive hands on healing that will go for approx. 45 min.

  • After the healing I will share some insights and offer some tools that might be helpful for you to integrate and move forward.

  • Sessions :

    • 75 min : $ 150

    • 90 min : $ 200

MESSAGE FROM ALEJANDRA
